PAYMENTS - Customer chooses payment processor. Payments can be processed through Stripe or Paypal.

PRODUCTION - All items are made to order. Current production time for your order is between 5-10 business days.

If you're placing an order for a specific date, Holiday, etc, please message me before you make the purchase, in order to make sure that I have enough time available to get your order done and shipped to you in time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY - Items will be shipped from Croatia as certified (registered) airmail (with tracking number),within 5-10 business days depending on the volume of work at the moment.
Registered Post International has no tracking capabilities in some countries (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Canada)
* Worldwide shipping fee is 8-12 USD for single item up to about 17 USD for 2-3 item combined postage.
* CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, UAE - for ordered two or more items shipment will be sent as Insured with tracking, about $26.

Items are sent in bubbled envelopes.
Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location. It shouldn’t take longer than 3-10 business days if shipped to Europe; 7-20 business days if shipped to GB, US, Canada and rest of the world, though in some rare cases it may take a little longer.

Custom duties and taxes are not included in price of the items or shipping. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These charges are unique to your country and are out of our control.

Please note: Once the packages leave my shop, I have no more control over its delivery. I can trace a package that you believe has gone missing, but only after 30 days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES - If after receiving your item(s) you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at so I may have an opportunity to answer and/or correct the situation as appropriate.

*buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product,
This rule does not apply to custom-made products or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons (panties).

* Any item accepted for return must be returned unworn and without excessive try on appearance - ie: no odors such as perfume, body lotions, smoke, or pet hair, lint, etc. In other words the item must be returned in NEW condition. Refunds will be made (subject to the following) after the item is received and inspected.
* Item that aren't in the condition in which they were received, including signs of wear or alteration, can't be returned.
* The parcel has to be returned by a method with delivery confirmation or traceable method.
* In all instances I reserve the right to request a photo of the perceived problem before authorizing a return or making a refund.

* I will refund item cost after receiving the returned item. Minus shipping costs.
* Buyer will pay for the cost of return shipping for any items that are sent back to me.
* If the buyer requests a refund due to my mistake, I will issue a full refund after receiving the returned defective goods.
* Custom orders are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.
* Panties are goods which can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons. There will be no exchanges or refunds.
Package that are returned by the shipper for any reason including but not limited to failure to pick up, address problems, or inability to deliver will be held for 10 days. During that time I will attempt to contact the buyer via email address connected to the account. After 14 days without response the item will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued.

*If the buyer wishes the package to be reshipped an additional shipping fee will be invoiced via PayPal. Reshipment will take place only after the invoice is paid.
