Writing this from a male point of view, my wife new nothing but VS type push ups. Met with resistance, she didn't think the LILY was sexy, was for an older crowd... A result of western advertisement, and nothing further from the truth.

The additional straps hold my stockings more evenly and reduces the load on any one strap, reduces the stress points on the stockings and reduces stockings distortion.
